london fashion week - 15th sept 2008
What can only be described as ahead of schedule would be Let The Kids Dance invitation to showcase its opening collection at Embassy Club, Mayfair as part of London Fashion Week. Barely 3 months since LTKD burst on the scenes, we were delighted to present our cool designs on the catwalk for emerging fashion labels!
Whilst we have a great belief in our work and our opening collection we never expected to get such an opportunity to show our work at such a significant event in the fashion calendar. However, we certainly weren't going to waste our chance to show what we can do!
The night was without doubt a great success with fantastic exposure for the brand and with the constant flashing of cameras from national paparazzi and applause from the crowd - LTKD certainly didn't disappoint..
On a separate note, after a ticking offer from the event organisers due to our penchant for the free vodka, we may owe an apology. What was it Mick Jagger once sang - "It's only rock n roll but we like it!"
